Terms of Service
Last updated 2 November 2026
By creating an account or using Tagify Analytics (“the service”), you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Keep your login and your containers’ MCP URLs private — anyone with a container’s URL can query its connected data.
- You’re responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your contact email current.
Connecting data
- Only connect Google accounts you own or are authorised to access, including on behalf of clients.
- The service reads data in read-only mode. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on it, and for how your AI assistant uses it.
Plans and limits
The Free plan includes a set number of containers and AI requests per container each month, as shown in your dashboard. When a limit is reached, requests are paused until the next month. We may change plan limits, and may adjust limits for individual accounts.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — for example by trying to access other users’ data, overloading it, or using it to break the law or Google’s policies. We may suspend accounts or containers that do, or that put the service or its Google API access at risk.
Availability
The service depends on third parties (including Google’s APIs and your AI assistant). It is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, and to the extent permitted by law we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your containers at any time. We’ll give notice before discontinuing it.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept them. Significant changes will be emailed to you.
